There is only one bond by which all classes, species, worlds and creeds can transcend every barrier so that one living being is bound forever with another, and that is The Bond of FRIENDSHIP. It is a bond that lays no condition, no mutual gifts given nor any petty counting. It'll transcend selfishness and egoism. It's a bond in which only one thing is given mutually and that is, Love.
Friendship can be between a king and a beggar. Friendship is sacred. A friend doesn't consider whether his friend is powerful, whether his friend has wealth or status.
The first duty as a friend should be to share your friend's sorrow first and joys later. A friend who forgets his sorrow but remembers the sorrow of his friend, his greatness is such that let alone man even God can't proclaim. A true friend is one, who to make his defeated friend victorious again will sacrifice what's dearest to him. A friend is one who without being asked is ready to lay down his life for a friend.
To honor friendship if a friend has to commit a sin and thence suffer in hell, it should be acceptable. This is the only ideal of friendship and should be a vow to all friends.
